3 bed, 2 bath condo in the Arricefes Gated
Community, Playa del Coco, Province de Guanacaste, Costa
Rica.
This condo is available for rent to family &

This is the Arrecifes Gated
Community. In the foreground you can see the "Common
Area" swimming pool.
A typical
condominium (total of only 22) can be seen in the
background.
See that blue sky? It's like that
just about all the time in the dry season. Sometimes it
rains in the - that's right - "rainy season", but not all that
much, and not all day or anything yucky like that.
The rainy season in Costa Rica is nice because everything
is lush and green, just like a tropical paradise is supposed
to be.
This is another view of the
Common Area, underneath the "pergola",
which is just
a hoity-toity name for those wooden things above
your head.
The Common Area includes a wet
bar with a grill and refrigerator - great for evening
parties with the neighbors!!
